Other ScreenWizard Settings

The following settings are in the Setup option on the ScreenWizard File Menu unless otherwise noted.

  • Read Schemes on Launch
Disable this to by-pass loading all schemes when ScreenWizard is started. This is useful if you normally use ScreenWizard for managing backed up digimation directories, and don't require all schemes to be loaded everytime you start ScreenWizard.
  • Read Resolutions from Schemes
This is required to read the resolution information from schemes created with previous versions of ScreenWizard. This can be disabled to increase the speed at which schemes are loaded into ScreenWizard.
  • Set Scheme Directory
Set the path for the schemes.
  • Confirm Errors
Disable this to hide pop up errors about missing files when creating schemes. When disabled, the errors are written into a log in the same directory as ScreenWizard.
  • Do Logging
Normally unchecked. A support technician may tell you to enable this if you are having a problem with ScreenWizard for diagnostic purposes.
  • Refresh Scheme List
Restarts ScreenWizard. Useful if you add more schemes to your scheme directory while ScreenWizard is running. This will add the new schemes to the view. To access, select Actions in the ScreenWizard File Menu.
